1. What are the payment options?
We accept card payments through PayPal and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and GCash.

2. How long does it take to receive my order?

  • Same-day delivery within Metro Manila for on-hand items (cut-off time: 3pm).
  • Provincial areas: 3-5 business days
  • International orders: 5-10 business days

3. What is the shipping fee?

  • Metro Manila: P150; Provincial: P250
  • Free local shipping for orders over P5,000
  • International orders:
    • Asia - P3,000 or US$55
    • Australia - P3,500 or US$60
    • American & European countries - P4,000 or US$70

    4. How long does your pre-order process take?

    Kindly allow us seven (7) business days to complete your pre-order items before shipping them directly to you.

    5. Are all the embroidery or hand-painted designs identical?

    Nope - there may be slight variations in the embroidery or design due to its handmade nature.

    6. Are the items available for rent?

    All Filibela pieces are brand new and not available for rental.

    7. What is your return and exchange policy?

    Our pieces are handmade with care. They undergo thorough inspections before shipping to you, ensuring the highest quality.

    In the unlikely event that the item is faulty, you may return it within seven (7) days from the date of purchase to be replaced, repaired, or refunded.

    Returns for other reasons may be considered at our discretion. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges must be shouldered by the client.

    8. How should I wash and care for my modern barong or Filipiniana?

    Our pieces are handcrafted using delicate fabrics and materials. For detailed care instructions, please visit our Care Tips page.

    9. Do you use any plastic in your packaging?

    Nope, we don't use plastic packaging since it's unnecessary. From our packaging materials to our store, we do our best to be mindful of our environmental impact.

    For same-day deliveries in Metro Manila, we use kraft bags and plant-based mailers for provincial orders. 

     10. Where are you located?

    We're right next to Gateway Mall 2. When you see Mary Grace and French Baker, walk until you reach Handyman in Farmers Plaza. We're one floor below Handyman. See you soon!
