1. Ordering

How do I place an order?
Place order directly online at filibela.com 

Do you have a physical store?
Yes! Some of our pieces are available at:
📍 Upper Ground Floor Calle Plaza, Farmers Plaza, Araneta City, Quezon City

How to get there?
We’re right next to Gateway Mall 2. When you see Mary Grace and French Baker, walk until you reach Handyman in Farmers Plaza—we’re one floor below Handyman.

2. Payment

What payment options do you accept?
We accept GCash, debit, and credit cards through PayPal and PayMongo.

 

3. Shipping

How long does it take to receive my order?

  • Metro Manila: 1–3 business days

         ☀️ Same-day delivery for on-hand items if ordered by 3 PM

  • Provincial areas: 3–5 business days
  • International orders: 5–10 business days

 

What are your shipping fees? 

  • Metro Manila: ₱100 (Standard) / ₱200 (Same-day)
  • Provincial: ₱250

        ☀️ Free local shipping for orders over P5,000

  • International:
    • Asia – ₱3,000 / US$55
    • Australia – ₱3,500 / US$60
    • America & Europe – ₱4,500 / US$70

Will I be charged additional taxes or fees for my order?
It depends on where you live. Some countries charge import duties, local taxes, or handling fees when your package arrives. These charges are payable by the customer as we do not currently cover this cost. 

How long does your pre-order process take?
Kindly allow us seven (7) business days to complete your pre-order items before shipping them directly to you.

What sizes do you offer?
We’ve got you covered from S to 5XL. You’ll find detailed size info for each Filibela piece right on its product page.

5. Design

Who makes my Filibela pieces?
Every Filibela piece is lovingly handcrafted in small batches by skilled nanay & tatay weavers in the Philippines. Each stitch carries their care, tradition, and pride, so when you wear Filibela, you’re also wearing a piece of their story and heritage.

Are embroidery or hand-painted designs identical?
Nope, there may be slight variations in the embroidery or design due to its handmade nature.

Are your items available for rent?
Nope, every Filibela piece is brand new and not available for rental.

 

6. Returns and Exchanges

What is your return and exchange policy?
Our pieces are handmade with care. They undergo thorough inspections before shipping to you, ensuring the highest quality. In the unlikely event that the item is faulty, you may return it within seven (7) days from the date of purchase to be replaced, repaired, or refunded.

Returns for other reasons may be considered at our discretion. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges will be shouldered by the client.

7. Care Tips

How should I wash and care for my modern barong or Filipiniana?

Because each piece is handmade, it deserves a little extra love. Dry cleaning is recommended, but if that feels too tedious, here’s how to care for it at home:

• Laundering: Spot clean gently with a damp cloth whenever possible. If you need to wash it, hand-wash using mild laundry products—avoid scrubbing or wringing to protect the fabric

• Drying: Hang to dry without using clips to prevent marks or stretching.

• Wrinkle Removal: Steaming is the safest way to remove wrinkles. If you choose to iron, use the lowest temperature setting and iron on the wrong side of the fabric.

 

8. Sustainability

Do you use plastic in your packaging?
Nope, we don't use plastic packaging since it's unnecessary. From our packaging materials to our store, we do our best to be mindful of our environmental impact.
