Refund policy

Our return and exchange policy is as follows:

1. Returns can be made within seven (7) days of receiving the item, provided it is unworn and unwashed.
2. Returns for reasons other than flaws or damages may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
3. If approved, the returned item can only be replaced by an item of the same value or higher.
4. For exchanges, the chosen item must be selected within five (5) days, and any price difference must be paid.
5. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the client.
